Ireland Day 9: Farewell to Ireland

After my last Irish B&B breakfast, we headed back to Bunratty Castle to be tourists. They had tours of the inside of the castle, since we didn't see too much during the banquet. It was pretty cool seeing all of the small rooms, complete with lots of old furnishings and such.

On the grounds of the castle was a historical park. They had buildings and exhibits from different periods in Ireland's history. They had some small houses, part of a village, an estate house, a couple of mills, etc. I would have liked to have a bit more time to look around, but we had to leave by noon to get me to the airport...

So, that's about it. I hope you enjoyed some of this travelog. As I said at the beginning, let me know if you see any errors, or if you have anything you would like me to add. These are highly squished versions of the pictures, and there are plenty of pics that I skipped. If you want the full set, let me know and I'll burn a CD for you....

Well, that's all folks. See you next vacation...
